This is specifically a shout out to their property management team/staff. Ramos and his team, affiliated with AHC Inc. and Kettler Management, were incredibly helpful. Right after the snow storm, my car in the open lot was buried in snow. Ramos and his team made an effort to ensure that there was a clear pathway for my car to pull out. It would've taken me all day to remove all that snow. I would definitely recommend Ramos and his team to help out!

I visited this apartment complex twice with my aunt, and both times the leasing office staff were absolutely awful. Kimberly, Sandy, and Melvina were the worst—unprofessional, loud, glued to their phones, and more interested in chatting with each other than doing their jobs. It was hands-down the most disrespectful and incompetent leasing office experience I’ve ever witnessed. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine how poorly they treat actual residents. Needless to say, my aunt will never live here, and I’d strongly advise anyone else to think twice before dealing with this place.

The apartments are alright since the price is the best in the area for the space and amenities. The community is predominantly young families that mainly speak spanish. Parking is free but slim pickings depending where your apartment is located. You only pay for electric and cable, and the units include a washer and dryer. There is definitely a trash issue in this community. Not enough dumpsters for the number of apartments. Often there are trash bags surround the trash areas. This leads to a large number of cockroaches and even rats that take over the sidewalks at night. If you keep your apartment clean the critters dont come in. The people in the leasing office are painful to deal with, and do not understand the lease agreement they have you sign. I had to explain to the leasing agent t

It's been more than 2 months that I have been waiting to get my deposit back after cleaning the apartment and handed the keys. They do not reply to emails neither respond to calls for the last 3 weeks. I guess next will be to to go to the court. Very poor management. Update: its been now 5 months and I still haven't received the security deposit. Legal action has been taken, if there is anyone else in this situation you can reach out to me. It seems this is a common practice from the property management.

Staff who work in office don't call people back when they leave a voicemail.staff need to tell you the reason why they didn't get in for a place to live.at the same time if a person don't have on their credit they don't O a landlord money they should get a apt at the gates of ballston.bad things happen to good people
