Gatehouse Rows

I have lived at Gatehouse Rows going on 9 months now and the buildings and grounds are beautiful. The apartments are super nice and easy to keep clean. The neighbors are super nice and the type of neighbors that you would want around. Management is another story, when I applied the first of 3 managers were super shady, I told her what I expected and they gave me a bunch of lies stating that its a first come first serve, but out of the 8 apartments that were available they suddenly all had applicants on them so that was frustrating to the point I was going to back out. She showed me a unit that reeked of cat piss and was insistent I rent that one. I held firm and got into the unit of my choice. Second manager was super nice on the phone, not so much in person. I haven't met the 3rd one so w

I’ve been living in Lincoln for over 10 years! And this is the fourth place. I’ve moved in since I’ve been here. I prayed for a place like this and God answer my prayers! Gatehouse Row is a very peaceful clean and nice environment. The neighbors are friendly. We have cameras and the LPD ride around daily to make sure everything is peaceful. On top of that, the maintenance guys are there when you need them! I love the fact that they have a garden. I love the fact that they keep the landscape up to part! The only thing I wish if they can finish is the duck pond so me and my granddaughter can go out and feed the ducks. Other than that I love where I’m at, and I’m never planning on moving until I passed away. That’s how much I love it here the best place I’ve moved in since being in Lincoln ov

I been living here since 2023. Nice new apartment new appliances. Good office staff. And maintenance are good at fixing things that you need fixed. Quiet neighbors and everyone are friendly. ❤️

I love living here the apartments are very clean and updated. I love the community and the community garden. The maintenance is very helpful and on top of everything very efficient. They made the application process very smooth and quick.

Gatehouse rows are very nice and new they has washer dryer dishwasher remote control ceiling fan very spacious and the mantaince worker are there when you need him on time worker and it's very peaceful at gatehouse rows complex if you love peace checkout gatehouse rows asap see for yourself see you soon
