Gatehouse on the Green Apartments

I had been living at Gatehouse on the Green since 2018 and had a great experience. Maintenance was good and staff had always treated me well... Until they did not. I recently moved out and was hit with an insane amount of extra fees Things that were very untrue and almost felt illegal. Extra cleaning fees, late fees, damage fees. I had always gave the home respectable care and left the place cleaned, vaccuumed and wiped off. With video evidence. Still was told there was nothing that could be done to reverse the charges. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for reducing what I thought was a good living experience. I will be sure to tell everyone not to come here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this red flag

Mario was fantastic! He came out to fix both our dishwasher and washing machine and did an excellent job. He was professional, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was wrong, completed the repairs quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s such a relief to have everything running smoothly again. Highly recommend Mario because he’s efficient, friendly, and goes above and beyond!

Brian from maintenance did an amazing job. I had a request, and he was very professional. He called to make sure I was home so I could let him in as I requested in the notes. He addressed all issues I had quickly and efficiently. Great job!

3.5 Years Update: (3 Stars) The amenities are finally open, and the area is beautiful with a resort-style pool. However, it's already getting damaged, with some people breaking things and leaving trash. After the office closes, minors are everywhere, doing whatever they want. The game room's pool table sticks are missing or broken. Without security, it won't last. The gym is great with plenty of equipment, so enjoy it while you can. Dog waste is still an issue. Do not walk in the grass unless you like surprises. There is a lake behind the buildings that I like for a relaxing walk but can’t do anymore. I feel like I'm walking in a minefield of waste. Not to mention around the building and sometimes even on the sidewalk. We pay for trash valet, so there's no trash outside the compactor on

When I first moved in, the community was in the middle of switching to a new management company, and the leasing office staff was being completely replaced. Usually, in situations like this, things can easily get chaotic — with all the complicated handovers and transition issues piling up. But Daniela handled my leasing matters with remarkable speed and professionalism. Every time I went to see her, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcomed and at ease. Many of the questions and concerns I had were resolved quickly thanks to her patient, clear, and well-organized explanations. Since she and the new team took over, the community has seen a noticeable improvement. Safety, in particular, has gotten much better — in the past, the gate was often left open,
