Gastonian Condos

This location is so convenient! The apartments are well taken care of and the pool is clutch for these hot summer days 🥵 v recommend as it is hard to find places with pools so close to downtown.

Great Location and Comfortable Living I’ve really enjoyed living at the Gastonian Condos. The location is super convenient—just minutes from downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville. The building has a classic charm, and the units are surprisingly spacious for the price point. My condo was well-maintained, quiet, and had lots of natural light. I also appreciated the gated parking and the sense of security in the complex. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for an affordable place close to the city without the chaos of high-rise apartments. The neighborhood is continuing to improve, and there’s easy access to restaurants, parks, and public transportation. Overall, it’s been a solid experience and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for value and location in Dallas.

This complex is on a very good spot location near Dallas downtown and many others good places to go. Since 3 years ago the HOA and all board members are putting a lot of work to make this place 10 stars. Please ignore reviews from 7 + years ago; that are not helpful to make this complex a good friendly family living.

Honestly, this location is everything. One block from Aldi, 2 from Starbucks and 4 from Baylor Scott hospital. The property has been well maintained since my arrival and I have no complaints!

If you want to live amongst millions of cockroaches and homeless - then rent or purchase a condo here! The management company (butler) does nothing to remediate these issues, and what’s more they’ll charge you if you ask them to. They don’t believe in pest control, HIPPA laws nor do they care about the actual property. The security on grounds that is advertised isn’t actually on grounds, furthermore the security phone number has been disconnected for some time. There are constant vagabonds getting onto the property - and there is constantly urine and feces in the halls and parking lot. If you wish to be in a slum - look no further than the Gastonian!
