G.A.S. Properties

Rented with GAS from 2021-2025 and have nothing but good things to say about them. After dealing with several landlord nightmares in Columbus before renting with GAS, my expectations were low (as in, the bar was in hell) but from beginning to end of our time with them, GAS was respectful, timely, and communicated well with us. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, even on days that I know were less than ideal for them (one particular Sunday morning in sub zero temperatures included) and the office was always quick to get back to us if we had any questions. Thank you guys for a great few years, we’re going to miss renting through you!

I'll let these photos speak for themselves. They're only a small portion of what's wrong with this company. Every year the ac would leak into the closet and caused massive mold issues. The mold spreader through the closet walls to the walls in the kitchen and behind the cabinets. Every year they would come "fix it" by spraying over the mold on the wall which did absolutely nothing because the ac continued to leak and the mold continued to spread. There's a massive wasp nest outside one of the windows which lead to my sons rooming being full of wasps on more than one occasion. They're solution was to hand my husband a can of wasp spray and leave. One can to somehow spray the giant nest outside next to the second floor window. The kitchen windows wouldn't close one day. Solution? Maintenance

Great selection of properties for your first apartment! I absolutely love my unit, plus any maintenance requests are answered and/or completed within 24 hours! IMO, monthly rent price is very affordable including utilities. Looking forward to renewing my lease once it comes time! Thank you!

I rented a 2 Bedroom apartment from gas properties and I have no major complaints. Rent was affordable, the property came with newly installed laminate flooring, and any repair request were quickly addressed, often within a day of placing the request. The staff was incredibly nice to work with. My only complaint is that my unit had a communal laundry room that was not upkept very well.

We rented from GAS for 4 years and had a great experience. After terrible experiences with other companies in the area, we had given up hope that any campus area landlord was anything but terrible, but they proved us wrong. From start to finish, GAS was communicative, handled maintenance issues in a timely matter (often even outside of regular hours during urgent matters), and were kind. If they had properties where I moved to, I’d still be renting from them. From one former skeptical student to a current one, rent from GAS. They are the only was to go for OSU area housing.
