Gary is hands down the best realtor. When we were looking to buy, we met dozens of realtors while we went and looked at homes, open houses, preconstruction and met with builders, before coming across him. Not only is he very experienced and knowledgeable, but he has a way of working with you. He looks out for your best interest and has the most patience I've ever seen from a realtor. He would point out things that we missed as to why we shouldn't settle on a certain home, at the expense of him closing a deal sooner; just so that we would be happy with our final decision. I lost count of the number of homes, tries and months it took to find the one, our forever home! But we did and he patiently walked with us through every step of the way.
