I worked with Gary and his top sales rep, Adi. Adi is the best. He negotiated a very tough deal for me on a 1.8M dollar listing. I purchased the home site-unseen, as I was in another state during the negotiation, but Adi's videos, opinions and detailed descriptions made the process seamless. Upon flying down to close, I noticed that the home did not have an adequate final cleaning, and the Seller did not leave all the keys for us. Adi took things into his own hands, and was my one-stop problem-solver. Within 12 hours he organized an awesome cleaning service, and paid for it out of his own pocket. I contacted Paul Sandoval about a specific listing and price, but he initially refused to provide any addresses, assuming I was a competing agent trying to steal his listings (not a great first impression). After clearing that up, we scheduled a showing. When I arrived, I asked where to park, he didn’t mention that the building comps parking, so I paid out of pocket unnecessarily. Then it got worse: the listing we were supposed to view wasn’t even available(!!) and nothing at the stated price existed. This was 100% a bait-and-switch situation. I found the experience and Paul to be misleading, careless, and a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend working with Paul Sandoval.

I had the pleasure of working with Mario. He was asked to find me a short term condo on the beach in Miami. He didn’t, disappoint.
