Horrible, Non responsive to emails. Sends out notices about very minor issues (weeds in garden bed), (trash can left in driveway to dry after cleaning). The common area they're responsible for has grass that's OVER SIX FEET TALL. They've been contacted numerous times about the issue and have yet to address it. How bout you do the things you're responsible for before you worry about nit picking everyone else. The reviews look bad, but the only reason they even have the pathetic 1.6 rating is because the minimum is 1, and not 0.

I really appreciated her quick responses and willingness to help out with the correct info and documents we needed in a timely manner. She really came through for me.

Worst company ever to try to get paid show place cleaning over the last maybe six years only billed them twice a year any more than that, we’d have to hire an employee to be full-time to be on the phone with them trying to get paid. every time it was multiple multiple phone calls and we heard the same story we didn’t get your inVoice send Another one Could you please send another one? We didn’t get it again oh, we mailed it. Oh, we mailed it. Oh wait a minute it came back.Well mail it again. Can you confirm the address yeah that’s what we have will mail it again. Don’t know why you haven’t received it yet. This is the poorest, most unorganized HOA in history. They use the money they earn to pay their salary’s, and that’s it. I’ve been here 4 years and the most they’ve done is put a 3 yard sidewalk in the front of the community that nobody uses. We have no other sidewalks. I called the HOA once to inquire about where my guests should park since I kept getting a violation for using the grass, (and there’s no parallel parking) & the lady had the audacity to tell me to have my guests park down the street at a gas station. Imagine having to pay to live in a place and being told that. Lastly, the HOA has “exceptions” in place for individuals who have decided to cover their ENTIRE lawns in mulch, rocks, wood,etc, but has deemed it appropriate to fine me for my grass not being green enough, while ot

I've lived in my community for 19 years ant this association gets worse and worse. For 3 years in a row the coupon booklet has the wrong address, and when I and other neighbors mail out the payment it never gets there. The problem is so easy to fix, but no one cares. We have to deal with this every year. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
