Garnet place apartments

I moved into Garnet Place Apartment in April 2025. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything is brand new and beautiful. I have to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Carrie Ricker. She made the process of my application a breeze. She is professional and knowledgeable about the application process. I think with all the units you have to fill she is very organized. You are very lucky to have her working for you. What ever you are paying her she deserves a raise.

I just went by to check about apartments every one said it based on income but the lady told me it wasn't even dss have them on the list people said they lied to me people on disability lives there
