Garner Park Apartments

New owner are so much better than the old owner. It used to be an office manager that had her family and people there. They solely leaving. I give it to the new owner and office manager. They doing a great good fixing the place up and taking care of us. If you see negative commits. That's the old office lady people trying to put this place down, so please don't listen to those people. They are just mad that they can't have it their way anymore. The property is getting better every day, so please give them a chance.

Honestly, this has been one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in A apartment complex I recently moved here two months ago, and I’ve had so many problems with this apartment from roaches to maintenance, not doing their job and fixing things I need to be fixed and honestly, this apartment was supposed to be remodeled honestly this apartment is horrible mid March when I came down here to Houston looking for an apartment for my family and I were a family of three and I only had a week to be here and friend an apartment while we were searching and searching until we finally found his apartment I spoke to the manager. She was so nice. She promised me that this was gonna be remodeled and ready for when I was gonna move in and she showed me an apartment that was similar to the one that I was g

New owners,And office people are not perfessional rude and they never respond to tenant's needs no one ever answer phones or app.and charging extra fees that are against policy.

Management and maintenance are always on top of things and super helpful. It’s a nice quiet place. Also been here almost 2 years in 2 different apartments and never once had a rat problem.

We were looking at an apartment in their other complex. The staff were so helpful and worked hard to help us. Very friendly and great people who will do whatever is within their power to help you. Definitely good to check with them
