Very friendly staff! New management seems like they’re really putting their effort into updating the property! I had stopped by out of curiosity to the property to view a unit and the two ladies Jylian and Valeria were very attentive when I came in and assisted me professionally! Plan to lease soon and join the community 😊

New management has really made a big difference! Love the girls in the office ! They’re always so helpful and nice. Shoutout to them for making this place better ! I have high hopes for the neighborhood! My friend did a visit and loved it ! The Changes are noticeable!

I don’t live here but I know a young lady who lived on teddy. She has two small children and is living out her car due to her apartment being mouse infested. Still made to pay for this apartment she couldn’t live in. She was killing 3/4 mice a day. The mice was jumping in the bed with her babies. The old management did nothing to help but the new manager adam also didn’t do much to help this lady. I had to help her throw 95% of her furniture away some neighbors helped because the mice laid nest in her furniture. As we were trying to save some stuff it was mice running around freely. The exterminator did bare minimum. Adam made her pay $400 transferring fee to a new apartment that also had mice. She shouldn’t have had to pay nothing it wasn’t her fault. she is now being evicted with extra f

I have noticed a problem with parking. They have parking passes but I always see car's parked right in front of mybuilding that don't have parking passes. I will have to park further away from my building. I have seen 1 apartment in my building have 3 cars parked all lined up. There should be a limit on how many cars one apartment can park in front of the building. That way other people in the building can get a parking spot. There are dog owners that bring their dogs out and let them run around with no leash.

They just took ownership of the property that used to be Country club apartments and have a whole new office management staff. I lived here with country club and those people were worthless at fixing anything or weeding out the less desirable tenants this new management company is great about fixing issues and staying on top of things in my experience so I have to say they are doing a lot better
