Ive never heard of someone needing to run a hard credit check before theyll let a perspective tenant tour the apartment. It seems like one of those scams the landlord just collects application fees but never rents. The guy who returned the call was extremely rude and nasty. Like I said, seems like a scam.
Apt tiny af and expensive. Had my Refrigerator replaced twice smh cheap management.
