Because Gardner Homes responded to my review falsely assuming that the reason for this poor rating was because of a single issue, I will elaborate on all of the other issues I have had with them. Every single person I came into contact with at Gardner was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and honestly quite combative from the moment I came into contact with them. From my very first interaction with them when I signed a lease and they spelled my name wrong, they insisted that I sign it anyway and didn't bother to correct it. When I moved in, I discovered that the house was poorly maintained. Two drawers in the kitchen routinely fell off and a floor tile was missing. terrible property management company - me and my roommates have dealt with so much BS from them. You would think a month to month lease would be easy to manage, but not with Gardner. They are a disaster and scramble to get anything done. The lease is so outdated, they only issue addendums to the lease that was established 6 years ago. READ THE LEASE before signing. They try to push off all responsibility and liability onto others. Stay away from renting with them.

I’m sorry to see the poor rating listed above. I used to use them and they took good care of me and my property. The people they sent for repairs were excellent. They were not a modern fancy property management company where you had to wait online forever to get to a recorded voice. They mailed out the checks and statements and receipts each month rather than online stuff you had to sign in for. I always got the information I needed. And the repairs needed were always done. Although we did not always agree, Susan Kris, if she is still there, went above and beyond the call of duty and protecting me, my tenants, and my property.
