Gardner Homes Idaho

My family and I purchased a nearly new home from Gardner Home in Idaho Falls. The couple who we purchased from had only lived in the home for 4 months before listing and moving away from the area. When we moved in the home had over 6 months of their home warranty remaining. We had heard wonderful things from a realtor friend about the quality of craftsmanship and finishes on their homes being built in Boise. We love the overall design and layout of the homes. Had also heard their owners were a good local, Idaho family. Like standard procedure, we had a thorough inspection done before the purchase of the home. Several items were brought up and recorded. Most of the issues would be covered under the home warranty that Gardner Homes sold and backed up. These items included door jams hanging

When we decided to move to Idaho, our realtor took us to many different homes that met our criteria. Of all these homes, none fit us as much as our Gardner Home. We were the first to see this new home. and knew we needed to quickly snatch it up. It was well appointed with upscale appliances and craftmanship. THe kitchen has a huge island and the master bath is gorgeous with what we like to refer to as a party shower, because it is so big. As soon as I saw the kitchen and the beautiful bathroom, I knew this had to become ours. The layout of the house is wonderful for us. It is a two-story with the huge master on the bottom floor as we wanted. We have lots of closet space too, room for everything.

Gardner Homes is a great company and I count my blessings each morning when I wake up and see the beautiful house they built for my family. If you are thinking about building a new home, Gardner Homes should be the first company you call here in the Treasure Valley! When I first thought of building a new home, the anxiety of all of the decisions and logistics involved began to set in. Matthew Gardner (the owner) took time to explain the process to me which was very reassuring, and he invited me into their office to discuss further.
