Rude management and nepotism runs deep here. Her grandson ruins the environment with him breaking the rules but never enforces them on himself or his friends.

Lived there 9 1/2 years up front and it was at times like a movie gone bad. A lot goes on there and it’s got worst there no on site manager or maintenance. They don’t care what happens only about how clean there pool is but only can use it on the days the office is open if they open it no family or friends allowed or laying in the sun. They pick and choose who they have to complain about but the ones that they don’t are the ones they should they love towing cars but the ones they need to tow they don’t. They are remodeling it cause there going to be selling itt. Rent goes up 2x if not more a year. I would not recommend these apartments and don’t except your deposit back they pick every little thing out so at the end you owe them. I would have have a better review but very disappointed in h

A little demo on us, we are a younger couple in our mid 20's one recent grad and one still in college. We lived here for a year and 3 months. I'll start with the negative. We requested our kitchen drawers to be fixed as they fell off the track, all the maintenance guy did when we came was but them back on the track instead of replacing the track which is what needed to be done. There are a few questionable people around but we never had a problem with any of the other tenants. The positive, they are remodeling all apartments so I'm sure they will updated the kitchen drawers now that we are gone. We worked during the day and do alot of online shopping so we had our packages delivered to the front office. The staff had no problem accepting our packages and always greeted us with a warm

The maintenance staff are lacking in follow through, especially if it's not something they "feel" isn't important...I will say that they tend to maintenance requests promptly. The grounds have fallen in a shabby condition, lawns have not been fertilized for 3-4 years and they have suffered due to it. The office staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. In fact, there is a internet computer available for residents use. Residents can have limited photocopys and faxes at no charge.

I have lived here about 3 years, yes it is not the best of neighborhood. I have not had any problem. Management is fixing up the apartments ( inside and out). If I have a problem they are available to help. I have always said everybody opinion is different, check it out first then decide.
