Gardens of Wichita Place

The management could be doing a lot better job actually taking in what the residents are saying and complaining about. Plus there sprinkler system leaves horribly water stains on my windows and car that won't come off.

It's a very beautiful place, my apartment is very nice and clean, these apartments are well kept and very modern. They have been recently built. Nicely kept landscape also the clubhouse has a exercise room and a laundry room and a room in which you can use the computer and sit down and watch TV it also has a BBQ grill out doors.

I dont live here but the husband and his friend have done maintenance and this place is beautiful and the apts are just gorgeous. So jealous lol.
