Gardens Jax Apartments

Going to give another horrible review being mine conveniently was deleted. There's hardly any maintenance that speak English. No office manager own property. You call for work orders or to let them know something's going on nothing gets done here we are into a new year in the work orders we have put in have not been fixed and they wonder why they cannot keep good tenants. There is numerous things in my unit right now that still need to be addressed and all we keep getting us the run-around but yet y'all want to keep filling your pockets full of money. Renovate the vacant units move people in and not worry about the people who's already living here I wish I could give less than a star these people only care about money. Horrible living conditions for a 6 year old autistic child to be living

They are holding my deposit hostage and claiming that I did damage to the walls and floor when they never even fixed the problems in my unit when I lived there. Door was broken from being kicked in by previous tenant-- never fixed. I had BLACK MOLD GROWING IN MY APT and they never fixed it. Window was broken, never fixed. I had 2 fridges as one was broken they never came and got from me. Half my outlets didn't work, walls were covered in holes and poor patch jobs. They are giving me the run around and trying to use my deposit to fix an apartment they never even took care of for me. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Don't let the outside fool you. The inside is pretty spacious. So far no loud and obnoxious music and neighbors. Property manager is awesome and so is the maintenance man and it is affordable without all of the ridiculous application and "admin" fees. When I moved in, besides minor repairs, the place was spotless and that's amazing to me because coming from Miami paying $3000 just to move in for a slumlord and dirty places. The only suggestion is to paint the outside of the apartments. Other than that, so far so good. UPDATE: I still feel the same exact way. And there are no roaches or pest control issues in my apartment. Thank goodness. I hate roaches.

The Management is very sweet, I never had any problems with them when ever I needed something to be done. The grounds are very well kept up, the apartments is very nice, the keep updating everything. When I lived there I never had any troubles with anything. They are pet friendly,, they welcome small cats and dogs. They are awesome

I have a very bad experience with this property.I have lost all of my furniture due to mold n mildew that was coming from a water leak in the upstairs unit above me. I was only offered $150.00 for my sofa,loveseat and area rug. I was given the opportunity to move in another unit but it is not move in ready as we speak and the mold is still in my apartment. I am currently looking for me an my daughter a new place so save yourself some time an money by not moving in these apartments.
