I have been here 10 years at lease renewal in early 2026. The amenities are nice and if you are able to manage a 500 square foot 1 bedroom, it is tolerable . Most people are friendly but their are strong cliques here which makes it hard for new people to find new friendships & an individual may feel rejected if different. Refuse removal has been a problem; lack of safety in maintaining parking lots & sidewalks during the winter-often an ice skating rink; constant neighbor disputes; poor or no communication from staff for covid outbreaks or bedbug problems repeatedly with the same residents; favoritism on part of management towards some residents over others; high yearly rent increases each year (2026-one bedroom rent for lowest income is $1149. Rents have increased $320 from 2023 to 2026 f

I have lived here for eight years and I love this place we have the best manager in the world. She was gone a year and came back and it’s even better now! While she was gone, many people were going to leave and now that she’s back it’s wonderful! If your mom or dad want to move in here, please come in and fill out an application and they will be so happy. There are so many activities to do and people are so friendly and so helpful. The office is very helpful open from 9 AM to 3 p.m. they will answer all your questions, and do anything that they can do for you come on in!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place Literally takes advantage of elderly and scams them for every cent of their income. They will say the rent is one price,and change it to 4 or 5 hundred over the initial amount given . Why would anyone want to live in a place that takes advantage of their income in the worst way? Get you act together,and stop being so greedy towards elderly people who's income is not that great. Horrible people run this place,both arrogant and rude.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! My grandmother was about to move to this place had her entire apartment packed ready to go! The lady in the office April told my grandmother 3 different times while I was sitting there that the rent was 1,064 for the apartment. When my grandmother's housing went thru she increased the price to 1,390 which in turn made rochester housing decline her voucher. When they went in to ask if they could reduce the rate by literally 8 dollars they were told no there's nothing we can do for you! If tou want to be scammed or have ur loved one scammed go here! April is a lier. This isn't rhe first time they messed up with my grandmother either called her months prior saying they finally had a apartment for her and ended up not being the apartment she was on the w
