Gardens Apartments

Pros: cute, clean, inexpensive, endless hot water, night time security patrol, pet friendly. Washer and dryer, free car port. Cons: sometimes the office can be hard to get hold of, but they changed management a few months back and I can get hold of them 90% of the time now, when before it was like 10%.

Neighbors are nosy and loud every night but somehow complained about us being loud 🙄 the manager leaves in the middle of the day during business hours. My parking space keeps getting taken and they don't care but I need permission to get someone towed from MY spot. I got warnings on my door about things the neighbors were doing even though the manager knows they do it. They are taking forever to fix my ceiling in my kitchen and I have a 9 month old and I'm one month from my due date. Its taken them a month to even remove the ceiling due to mold from a busted pipe. I have to find somewhere to stay once they start fixing it but I am afraid it will take longer then needed to fix it anand it would be very inconinconvenient for us. Neighbors are nice. And price is right, location is great. But being surrounded by low income, welfare/subsidy that have no respect for those who cannot tolerate marijuana. And for them to be in those categories how can they afford there addiction? It's hot out and I can't get fresh air into my unit because its masked with marijuana. As for management on this issue they would rather let me leave than eliminate the problem. Even though its limited smoking it is stated in the lease that it is not to disturb neighbors or other units. They said they would posts notices/reminders or to be courteous about their use and that hasn't even gone around. I've only been here a month and a half and can't wait for my lease to be over and afford to move again.

Absolutely overpriced for such small rooms. 1200 per month (excluding utilities) for a 2 bed 1 bath with a kitchen the size of a smart car. Management is sketchy and rarely working, the property manager is incredibly obnoxious and gossips about tenants to other tenants. I had packages containing valuable and important items shipped from the trade school I'd moved from that arrived at the complex on the 6th while I wasn't present and I've yet to get an answered call from the office to see if they have them. I only call during their supposed opperating hours. The experience was far from worth it. If I don't get those packages I'm actually screwed.

The management team is always so friendly and maintenance is super fast. The landscaping upgrades look so amazing and not to mention it is close to shopping and freeways. Private court yard and they have great amenities!!!
