Garden Springs

I am a current tenant and I appreciate living here. It’s a good size for me and my family and the community is very welcoming. Yeah it may not be in the best area but the landlord is nothing but understanding and on top of his job. I recommend living here if you need somewhere affordable and spacious.

The manager walks around with his gun showing. He’s not a cop and comes across as aggressive and unstable. He seems like he’s just looking to pick a fight without de-escalating. On top of that, the place is full of cockroaches. This is a reckless setup that only further escalates problems.

I currently live here and management is on top of whatever issue may arise extremely understanding and helpful I would recommend people to come live here. The rules and precautions being put into place aren't making my life more stressful maybe if everyone actually followed the community guidelines then people wouldn't have to leave negative reviews and make stuff up

I've live in this place less than a month was told it was move in ready they took my deposit and first month rents after getting in the place I started finding rat dropping everywhere and noticed the place had not been cleaned so cleaned myself. Then rat dropping whereabouts still appear now I find out I have a infestations of rats over 10 rats have been caught in this place. Management said he was unaware of the issue till I told him I've only been here 10days traps have been set they are in my apartment every day Management and maintenance and rats. No real people have been called out for the problem. Im disabled and they have disrupt my life. I was lied to This place is Needs to be shut down.
