Garden Pointe Apartments

I moved from Tennessee to Indiana and this is my first apartment here. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.. Do not move into these apartments I’m overly ready for my lease to be over in June. Their communication is poor… it’s people out here breaking into your vehicle . You’re paying over 1,100 in rent to not be able to park in front of your apartment because people who don’t even stay here parking and leaving their cars. One of the leasing managers telling other tenants your not paying your lease on time if you fall days behind just unprofessional and overwhelming please save your money and pay those few extra dollars elsewhere!

Do not under any circumstances move in here. They showed me the wrong apartment I was renting, could not care less when I informed them after I moved in that my washing machine did not work properly, and have closed my two tickets I put in about a mouse problem without doing anything whatsoever. Just be homeless, it is roughly the same experience but much cheaper.

Beautiful larger community near Eagle Creek. The Community has reasonable rent, with cozy floorplans, and the full gamete of convenient amenities. Many of the Floorplans I viewed feature larger size laundry rooms, with New washing machines & driers. The furnace system appeared to be new & the Kitchen's were recently upgraded. The Property Manager is very friendly and committed to hosting a very safe & efficiency maintained community.

I currently live here and my experience is disturbing. I'm currently trying to get a hold of someone in the office to let me pay on my portal for next months rent. For some weird reason nobody is answering the phone but yall appointments only in the office. Make it make sense please. All I want yall to do is answer the phone so I can pay my rent through my portal please and thank you

This place is disgusting, mice, roaches and termites and trash everywhere! they never pick up the phone; they cancel your maintenance request, cut off water without giving you a notice. And now for the second time I have a leak in my apartment. I only been here one year and most definitely not renewing my lease.
