Garden Path

Review I have lived in this apartment complex for a while now, and I must say that the new management has made significant improvements. The common areas have been upgraded and are much better maintained than before. It’s clear they are investing in making the community more enjoyable for residents. Additionally, security has noticeably improved. I feel much safer walking around the complex, and the measures they’ve put in place give me peace of mind. Overall, I’m very pleased with the changes, and I’m excited to see what else the new management has planned for the future.

I just moved here. It was a nice presentation. They gave me the apartment clean and well painted. They are better than others. It is worth living here. Let's hope we don't have any problems in the future.

People, who I assume live here, are constantly blasting super loud music in the parking lot here and at Mi Tienda (the bodega next door) and drinking heavily starting in the evening and it goes on for hours. They’ve also fired a gun before. It’s rude, inconsiderate, and ridiculous to all of the other people who live in apartment complexes around here who are trying to wind down at the end of the day. Cops don’t do anything about it, and going by the other review about this, it sounds like management does not get involved, either. Sad.

There are people in the parking lot blasting music from their cars almost every night, in this very compact, apartment filled neighborhood, and management refuses to adress the issue. Police have to be called regularly to stop the stop the music at 1 am.

The manager jenny is a racist that doesn't like kids... was a great place to live before she came now i can't wait until my lease is up
