Garden Manor Apartments

I have been here for over 10 years and I plan to stay here for another 10 years. I don’t plan on moving. I feel right at home. I’ll get along with everybody. Everybody gets along with me I have quite a few friends out here I lost quite a few but they will always be in my heart just because they passed don't mean I don't care cause I still do

I’ve lived here a few years, and Devin, the new maintenance guy, always does an awesome job. He fixes things fast, explains everything clearly, and always cleans up after himself. He also keeps the grounds looking great. you can tell he really cares about the place. Makes living here a lot better!

All the apartments need to be torn down mold is horrible over there and management is never available or maintenance

The security gate at the entrance is always broken. You must be very careful navigating the main through-way because it is very narrow due to the parking situation. There is a huge hole in the back security fence. This is housing for people with disabilities and/or low income. The apartments are okay. Inside they do have a public housing vibe (concrete walls & industrial flooring).

They need to clean up and do what they said when people apply to live there I am not a tenant there but Go there to see family and the conditions are NOT up to Par. If you are government assisted why are u NOt following the guidelines and keeping stuff in order correctly. 0 stars if it was an option
