I loved living here, it’s such a lovely place with lots of trees, pool, gym and the apartments are very spacious with so much light, appliances included and they are pet friendly. About the staff I cannot say enough good things about them, Lory, Shannon, Casey, Chris and Andre were always there for us when we needed, they became friends in the 2 years that we lived there. If you’re looking for a place where you will feel welcome from the first moment this is the place for you.

Me and my family have been here for about 2 months. Our overall experience has been great to the maintenance’s quick and efficient service to the friendly and welcoming property managers who since day 1 made me and my family feel welcome. This is a Great place to live we are so glad to call The Garden District home.

MOLD & ROACH INFESTED I would not recommend this place to anyone. The apartment is absolutely infested with mold. It’s in the walls, ceilings, and even inside the air vents. The smell is unbearable, and no amount of cleaning can fix it because the problem is structural., they slap on quick fixes like paint or bleach, which do nothing to resolve the underlying problem. The mold is not just disgusting—it’s a serious health hazard. I’ve experienced constant headaches, respiratory problems, and allergies since moving in. The management’s lack of concern for tenant health and safety is appalling. If you value your health and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. One star is too generous.

My husband and I lived here for a little over 1 1/2 years and absolutely LOVED it. We had the pleasure of having an amazing office lady, Kathy as our neighbor. We also experienced EXCELLENT service from the other staff members including maintenance and the other wonderful office lady Lori! We will miss our time there, as family has caused us to move. There’s no better place than Garden District to call your home in the upstate!

Quite place to live, very safe and clean. Nice staff and maintenance was always friendly but never had a problem for them to fix. They change my air filters and spray for bugs so seems like there is a lot of preventative maintenance here. Pool is huge and the dog park was great. I could live here forever!
