It's a very clean place. The management is very friendly and understanding. The maintenance staff is available 24/7, and the apartment is comfortable, perfect! I have no complaints!

I have 2 months living in Garden Court Apartments the staff members are very kind always help you the manager is very kind and they help you to the best love this place quite, clean , and peaceful Thank you 🙏🏼

The workers have many family members, in-laws and friends living here. They make the rules. Very bad attitude, especially heffer with the short hair. Definitely need to investigate these people. Told my friend to write to local congressman and call News so that the truth comes out. Every resident in this place should be interviewed for the real story, you'll also connect majority of them to the office workers. INVESTIGATE!

This place is horrible, management is super bad and they always have the worst attitudes. I have family members who live in this place and they choose who they wanna take advantage of. I had a family member who was left with no air conditioning for the weekend when it was over 90 degrees and they stated they couldn’t do absolutely anything but claimed they had fixed it and never did. They pick and choose who they want to help and that is so sad. I have heard so many complaints about the office manager it is horrible and sad what some of these people go through. I hope corporate starts investigating these people cauSe they need a whole new staff working this place. As most of them can see there are more horrible reviews then good.

I’ve been living here for 15 years and the new staff in 2025 are great, very friendly and understanding.
