Garden City Apartments - Winter Garden Realty LLC

The pictures on the website are so deceiving. When I pulled up to the complex, I thought surely this can't be the right place. I said the GPS has directed me to the wrong place. The outside is rundown looking, it's in an undesirable neighborhood, and the amount that they are asking for rent, 1850/month is a joke. Granted they are doing some remodeling, it is still not worth the high price. There is no sign directing you to the leasing office. I circled the parking lot before I called the manager to direct me where to come. The office is in a little building wedged between the pool and somewhere that you won't find if you don't ask for directions, like I had to. Great management & friendly neighbors. Walking distance to downtown Winter Garden and neighborhood parks.

The worse apartments to live in don't recommend it to no one to expensive and it is not worth it the rent there asking for
