Garden Brooke Apartments

When I lived here 5 years ago, I never had an issue. It was so easy to get in contact with someone about issues. When I moved in here, it seemed like it was going to be all good. Unfortunately, the manager at this place is often out, her phone "won't call back after you've left a voicemail" been like this since March (when I moved), should probably... look into that? And on top of that, when I moved in I was told that all of the issues I put on my sheet for needing to be fixed would be put in "immediately." I've lived here for over 3 months now, none of that was ever done. And recently, I came into the issue of a very specific bug problem, and used the form she had told me when I moved in would work and be easy to use. Filled that out last Friday, heard nothing for a week. I FILLED THE HOL

I would recommend contacting Angie and taking a look at one of her properties through MBA apartments. Angie is amazing to work with! She is professional, friendly and her response time is quick for call backs. This property has a quiet community with a kid and pet friendly court yard. Close shopping, restaurants and daycares within walking distance. This property comes with affordable rent, 24 hour maintenance (who is fast, quick and solves emergency maintenance issues at all times of the night.) New washing and drying machines in their laundry rooms, updated apartments with new appliances ect. Very satisfied with this company and pleased that is my new home.

Just a guest here when I stay with my bf and I'm suprised how quiet and clean the apartment is. It could definitely use some upgrading but besides that I am surprisingly surprised!!

Not the best, but not the worst

I deliver food there a lot, and it looks cute! I love the center court yard. The kids all look like they are friends and it looks like a nice community
