We would use Garcia Realty in a heartbeat!!! Jeff Slodowitz was great at handing problems timely and efficiently. He is not like other property managers, he was honest and helpful the entire time. He was always there for any questions or concerns. Any maintenance issues were fixed immediately the very next day. When our air conditioner broke down during 90-100 degree weather, we sent him an email, and the very next morning he had someone there to fix it! He was always available for ANYTHING!
