The worst house ever. We thought Ryan home was the worst house to buy. We wish we'd have got one floors falling in the carpentry in the house is just poor look at the floor the floor and fell in and if you can see the lumps in the floor is very uneven. All the cork and they did. They just cork every little corner all around the house to really not do no type of measurements or sanding kids are full of fell down there to come and replace the joists as to push it back up and still not really. Even if I'm fail again a little bit but it's not. We can do about it. It's the house from hell doing covet buying the house and all the cheap wood and everything they use. They use it on our houses. Chris, the main manager, and Dave, the assistant manager, are absolute nightmares! When they fired Cindy, they suddenly became incapable of doing business. I should start by saying that they lied about the construction situation multiple times. First telling us that the house would be built earlier than it was, then they said they wouldn’t build past a certain point which they did, and they told us they where building a new pool and didn’t! The house is literally falling apart. The floors are caving in, the bannisters are lose, the windows were not sealed properly and you can feel the wind coming through, water comes in through the doors, and the paint on the walls was chipped before we moved in! Don’t be fooled by the promisses they don’t keep or what the house looks like on the outside.

This is an outstanding community with affordable new construction prices in today’s market . The neighborhood is super quite , and some single family models have a main level master for elderly or handicapped occupants . Full amenities such as pool , clubhouse , outdoor seating areas . Very nice community with friendly neighbors .

Seems to be a good community of people and homes here. This is a new development, just a handful of years old at most.
