This property management company is absolutely dreadful. They have been delaying payments to my company for months and rejecting invoices, causing significant issues for my small business. I will not be engaging in any future transactions with this company and strongly recommend that other small businesses or individuals seeking property management services look elsewhere. Their behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Absolutely an amazing company! Don’t let the other comments fool you. Most are older comments but even the newest is a lie. They are some of the best people to work with. Very knowledgeable and attentive! Our neighborhood is so happy to have them take over and have just been a light in what was a very tough situation with our last company. Such positive and sweet ladies to work with! Highly recommend! 😊

Our experience with this company and Justin Miller the property manager was absolutely terrible. By far the worst rental property experience we have ever had. If it was possible to give less than one star I would. It is impossible to reach Justin for anything including major leaks, roof caving in, appliances not working and anything else you could imagine. He will not return phone calls ever. We have called for 3 weeks straight leaving voice mails and text messages and have yet to hear back from him. This company did not clean either of the two houses that we have lived in prior to us moving in. The first house we immediately noticed the roof was leaking and 4 months later it had not even been addressed besides throwing a tarp over it that the water still poured through. The water was pour

The alleged owner of GCAM, is quite rude and unprofessional. She seems to quote her version of the Florida statutes and not the actual statutes. But seeming that one of her employees explained to me that community bylaws trump Florida law, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. When you ask a legitimate question that she either does not know the answer to, pushes something she has done wrong, or doesn’t want to address, she accuses you of not letting her talk. I have never seen a more unprofessional person in my life. I would not now, nor ever recommend this association management clown show. A comment made shortly after mine insinuating lies is part of the oligarchy HOA board that was part of the problem and who hired them.

If only I could talk to someone that doesn't talk down to me. Yelling over phone saying that's the the way I communicate?. Just need to be able to have a professional relationship. I am a contractor that looks for professionalism first and foremost. And will always seek the best. 9/ 09/22. Oh my ! Never again! This owner is a righteous person ! And never shall our paths cross again. Galphin is not a company I will ever do business with again.. Life is to short to be overwhelmed by one force that thinks there behind the desk knowledge is better than the professionals that surround her. 🍀 🙏
