Gallopin' Acres Apartments

Eh. Stayed here for a little over a year, great temporary solution, the landlord is chill, the guy who lives in the house is super nice and helpful. Kinda just a money grab tho. I paid 1,100 for a one bedroom. Feels like it's going to fall down, walls creak a lot, roofline is a mess. I didn't know what to expect because i didn't see any pics so here's some for reference. This is after i cleaned it when i was moving out. Great temporary solution

I rented for 3 months while travelling for work. The efficiency unit was perfect for my needs. Very nice unit and clean. Neighborhood safe with nice quiet tenants. Nick was a great landlord. Highly recommended!

Can you give zero stars? DO NOT GO HERE!!! The guy who runs it is creepy and the owner as reported is dishonest. THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! We had to stay here a couple weeks until our new apt in town was available. We kept it clean and wiped down previous dirty fridge and stove we rarely used and vacuumed floors before we left and they said "we'll mail you the deposit". What? It was a cash deposit told we would get it upon leaving. Never came in the mail. Went back and was given run around by guy who runs it. Called owner he said your not getting it back and hung up.

I just visited a friend. the floors feel like your gonna fall through and the bathroom tiles were falling down. They definitely don't clean it before someone moves in.

I Enjoy My Summer's Up in ADK'S, But Hope to Call Gallopn Acres My Home Sweet Home in the Winter's ♥️ Family Owned for Over 30 Year's, and It Show's‼️ Beautiful ❤️ If Score Went Higher Than 5... I Would Rate 10‼️🤟♥️🇺🇲♥️
