Living in this building has been a great experience, mainly because of the management team. Management is very efficient and always willing to help whenever something comes up. Evelyn Olivera and Daniella Saenz are truly the perfect team, they are extremely helpful, professional, and courteous with every tenant, including me. Anytime I need assistance with anything related to my apartment, they respond very quickly and make sure the issue is taken care of. Their dedication and excellent communication definitely makes it living in this building much easier and more enjoyable. Great management really makes a difference, and they consistently deliver. Good job!

Very helpful management, They have been nothing but quality since I got here. I came to the property due to a personal hardship and they were super helpful with the process, even though I was super annoying calling everyday, they helped me out and were very understanding. Maintenance and cleaning staff are very friendly, Pool times are enforced. Many families with kids also. Good value for the location and price.

Be careful if you are thinking about moving to this place. The office provides incorrect or incomplete information just to collect the application fee, and afterward they do not answer the phone or it becomes extremely difficult to communicate with them. When you finally manage to reach someone, they give you information that is different from what was originally offered. I lost all the money I invested trying to live there because, due to the poor service, I had to cancel my application. Not only did I lose the application fee, but also a money order that I was assured would be refunded if the transaction did not go through, and that refund was never made either.

What an amazing staff Daniella and Evelyn are just beautiful souls. Huge satisfaction with there service and hospitality. Total fulfilment with the building, staff, and my apartment. 5 stars will highly recommend.

Love it here. Private. Quiet. The walls are thick and soundproof and everyone here respects your space.
