I’m not going to lie, this is one of the best apartments you can stay in the downtown area. If you like very comfortable and spacious apartments that is not going to break your bank, then this is for you. I had no issues, nothing ever broke, no pests or rodents, no noise from other apartments, Amenities are very decent and most important, No restrictions on amenities and no annoying emails about don’t do this or don’t do that. The location is in the heart of downtown which is convenient to stores, restaurants, public transportation, and entertainment. Unfortunately the violence occurring downtown makes it difficult to enjoy (not the fault of the building of course). The panhandlers on the corner of 4th and Washington is almost daily (not the fault of building) just be aware.The building itself is old and has its history which shows in the apartments. The leasing manager Neil Anderson has been a breath of fresh air for this building, he is very kind, respectful, and easy to communicate with and as well as the building owner Diane. I lived here for a year until I received a great job offer in a new city that I couldn't refuse. Management is very kind and helpful. I love the location and the apartment was fairly nice for the price. My car was secure in an attached parking garage which relieved some anxiety. The main lobby smelled odd sometimes and the loading bay is just a sidewalk, but what more do you expect from a downtown apartment. I recommend touring the place first to determine if it's right for you. Once you're moved in and settled, I think you'll find it easy to call home.

What a great experience this has been! When my daughter graduated it was necessary for me to downsize and move out of the school district we lived in so we didn't have to pay exorbitant rent anymore. I decided to look for a loft apartment home in the city and Gallery 400 really really worked with me and helped me to get an absolutely gorgeous apartment. Everything was hassle-free and when it came time for me to move in, the front desk staff and Neil made that process so much easier for me as well! When one of my sofas wouldn't fit in the freight elevator one of the employees took it upon himself to take it up the stairs for me and put it outside of my apartment so I didn't have to worry about it. This is absolutely a hidden gem, can’t believe I’ve been driving past this place for years. Everything has been great from the start. Since day one when I called to get an appointment Andrea got me in the same day and after viewing so many places I immediately fell in love with my new apartament. Andrea has been wonderful throughout the entire process and made moving in a breeze. Her customer service is unmatched and everyone I’ve meet here has been very nice. The size of my apartment is very large considering other places Downtown have very small bedrooms and the best part is I now have central ac (something I couldn’t control in my old apartment).
