Gallery 3450 Luxury Apartments

I absolutely love living in this building. The amenities are exceptional, the indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub are huge highlights, and having a jacuzzi in my own bathroom honestly feels like a luxury. The building is always clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making everyday living comfortable and relaxing. One of my favorite features is the waterworks in the lobby, which always impress my guests and give the building a really unique, upscale feel. Everyone who visits comments on how great the vibe is and what an amazing place it must be to live. It truly feels like a special community, and I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.

Moved into Gallery apartments back and December and have been loving it! The leasing staff was super helpful and always respond quickly. After we signed our lease Andrea was always quick to answer any questions and let us come see the payment even before we moved in to measure and take pictures! Any issues we have had have been taken care of quickly. Apartments are spacious and updated for a great price!

My roommate and I lived at the Gallery Apartments on Russell Blvd for 2 years during grad school. This was by far my favorite apartment I have lived in! The units are so spacious, very well kept/ updated, and have an incredible amount of natural light. The managers are incredibly responsive and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. The gated parking in the back is super nice. Would highly recommend this building - especially for those going to SLU for grad school/ residency - you can't beat the proximity the Gallery Apartments provides.

If you appreciate the constant presence of cannabis odor, you may find residing at Gallery 3450 to your liking. Unfortunately, Gallery 3450 suffers from ongoing management issues, which seem to stem either from gross incompetence or deliberate neglect, I'm not sure as to which one. The management team is generally unhelpful, often deflecting responsibility for ongoing problems either onto residents or external contractors. There is a notable lack of accountability, with needing to constantly pursue management to address basic issues, such as faulty electrical wiring or the gate on the gated parking lot being nonfunctional (which costs $60 per vehicle per month). For example, it took nearly a month to repair my AC, and my work order was even closed prematurely before the problem was addres

I live down the street from this wonderful apartment building. I had recently treated myself to an authentic set of watercolor brushes for an art class I am taking, and had made a mistake while entering my shipping information and my package ended up being delivered to this apartment building. Hoping that someone might be willing to help me, I wrote a note to tack up in the front lobby explaining my situation with my contact information. I cannot stress this building's security enough; it is impossible to get inside without permissible access. Sure enough, about thirty minutes later a lovely woman called me and told me she knew where my package was, and gave me directions alongside a temporary personal access code so that I could go get it.
