I did not rent from them or obtain a hard money loan - this review is about the process to view a rental and the quality of the rental I saw. First of all, this place is on Wilmington Island. They make you go all the way over there to leave a deposit for a "key" - the key is literally an index card with a code on it. You then have to return said index card, or they keep your $20. It's alomst a half hour ride from where I live - so we spent almost an hour driving back and forth to pick up and return an index card... AN INDEX CARD, Y'ALL. I am sure they know that there are services you can use (showmojo, rently) that actually vet the people looking at your rentals AND change the codes after each viewing if you like, so I am not sure why they still follow this ancient process. Just terrible

Although I did rent a house with this company, the staff was very professional and accommodating. As a section 8 client, they went above and beyond to get me approved for several houses, but I found a different home with a private landlord. If you're looking for a home to rent or purchase Galin Mortgage lending LLC will make sure you get the service you deserve.

Slumlord owned and operated. Refused to fix my electrical or heat when it compmetely went out during the dead of winter when I have a small child, after asking them to fix and rewire it for years, illegaly issued us a 90 day notice to vacate in direct response instead, after I forked out every dime I could for 6yrs with the company for rent, they couldn't return a single bit of that investment and even provide us with a generator or repairs. Owner is always on lavish vacations while his tennants live in freezing black mold filled conditions with no heat or electric. Latricia the property manager hung up on me almost every time whenever I was able to get through just to finally after a week tell me they were not fixing anything and to just leave. Stay away from this company, it wasn't a flu

I call very often to check for listings and I have spoken with Jenny almost every single time and she is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is top tier. She always answers any questions I have, no matter how many lol and if she cannot answer my question she does her best to find someone who can. Jenny is a big reason I keep looking for properties with this company. Thank you Jenny.
