We had our new home built just a few months ago by Gabriel Homes. We had an inspector check out the house and he said the home was near-perfect even with the smallest details which is a rare occurrence with most builders. My father in law is a construction manager and was impressed by the build quality. They pay attention to the details and build your home right. They even offer to come back to your home after 3 and 11 months after buying to fix anything necessary. I would highly recommend.

I bought the Makenna floor plan in December of 2019. When I purchased the house was in the trim stage. They completed the project on time for our initial closing date. On our initial walk through the Representitive from Gabriel homes was more strict than I was. They came out fixed the spots all scheduled on one day. Fast forward a year, I slowly found a couple of cabinet doors were warped and a couple of spots inside the caulking needed to be fixed. Once again they came out went through the list agreed and scheduled everyone to come out in one day. If I had to have a negative, a year after I moved in I wanted to finish the basement. They said with covid and everything they had going on they just weren’t able to get to it. Thankful they were honest and upfront instead of dragging a project

We built a home over a year ago with Gaberial homes. We were very excited to have a brand new home with no issues! We were wrong. From the minute we’ve moved in we’ve experience poor quality. Door knobs falling off, dripping paint, creaking floors, no insulation, poor quality cabinets, broken glass in what appears to be a beautiful hutch until you open the doors, when it rains water poors in the windows even after they “fixed” it, windows that don’t close. My sons room is over the garage and there is one vent and it’s by the door. In the winter it is freezing and the summer it is hot! There is zero insulation. The walls are paper thin. Given the pandemic circumstances, GHI provided their work to the best of their ability. There are definitely some things that they could do to provide a better customer experience (and make things easier on them as well!). Communication being paramount. We were told by some in our neighborhood that they experienced push-back in regards to fixes/change orders etc during the build process, while I cannot confirm what these were in regards to specifically, I do know from our own experience that every single issue, flaw, change order etc. was met with ZERO push back and to top it off, there were a few (Literally) last minute custom electrical requests we made that Joel (GHI Construction Manager) went above and beyond to make it happen.
