Gables Apartments

My move has been a tremendous experience. The management has been stellar and the maintenance staff has responded extremely quickly and efficiently to the typical move in tweaks that have to be performed. All of my requests have been completed in less than 24 hours. The apartments are in great shape. I’m looking forward to being here for a while

TURN AROUND ASAP! WARNING!! they going to say I wasn't on the lease and that's absolutely correct I was NOT, I was staying there with an occupant who name was. Let me start with the maintenance crew. They don't have one. They have an one old foreigner that do the absolutely bare minimum. I had to fix alot of situations in that apartment for Jane doe to live healthy and some what comfortable. A Guy lived upstairs flooded her apartment 5 times intentionally, they finally kicked him out on the 5th attempt. Mold grew throughout her ceiling. No replacement! Waterline burst in Jane doe apartment, they came to shut off the water so they could call someone to fix it. Cool right, naw..it was Friday when it happened, manager told us someone will be there that day to come fix. LIED!! Jane doe did

Have had a great time with the upkept apartments here and wonderful staff! Any and all maintenance was completed promptly. So far, there haven’t been any issues with noise levels and neighbors and they’ve all been very kind. Pretty quiet place to live overall, probably the most out of any other apartments I’ve lived at, I definitely recommend it!

I loved living at the Gables. Ebony is wonderful! Always kind and helpful. Maintenance is always on top of requests. They literally walk the property every morning cleaning up any trash on the grounds.They were extremely fair about my move out costs and deposit, unlike every other apartment ive lived in. The community is quiet and safe, never had a missing package or anything sketchy go down. If I ever move back to Oklahoma I will go straight back to the gables. Thanks for everything guys!

Well I've been here since 2018 The same management has been here since I arrived Overall it's been very comfortable Best area for shopping hands down Medical facilities nearby And I'm sure great schools for the kiddos Oh and the new sign out front looks lovely Call the management for rates and come and take a tutor
