Gables 6464 San Felipe

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND RENTING HERE!!!! I was really hopeful about moving into Gables 6464 especially because I’ve previously lived in Greystar-managed properties and always had good experiences. Unfortunately, my experience here has been the absolute worst!!! The apartment I was supposed to move into had a significant roach issue, which made it unsafe and unsuitable for me especially because I am pregnant. I reported it immediately, provided photos and videos, and returned the keys without moving in the same day! the manager even walked the unit with me and agreed with the terrible condition of the apt. I have been living here for about 4 months now and love it! The location is unbeatable, plus the high ceilings and no carpet are a total game changer for me - especially since I have pets. Maintenance is super friendly as well! I plan to renew here and highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a nice place in Uptown Houston.

I’ve had a really easy transition moving in and all staff are kind and fast working here. After not having the best experience at my last apartment, this has honestly been a nice change. Leasing, maintenance and management are all great here. The location is also a huge plus — close to shopping and food but not super crowded!

Management has been doing a great job with communication lately and consistently keeps residents informed, which I truly appreciate. Serena in the office, especially, has been wonderful to work with and is friendly, helpful, and responsive! After some less than great experiences in the past, this has been a really refreshing change. The team is easy to work with, and overall it is a well run community in a great location!

Ivan is quite literally a magician with the way he fixes everything. He has always been SUPER helpful, timely and doesn’t leave ANYTHING unfinished or broken. Apart from his amazing work here, he is the sweetest and funniest face around here!! Literally don’t know what we would do without him!
