Bad business!!! Approved me just for me to drive 45 min to come back in and pay the deposit just for them to say I don’t make enough but knew everything before hand and I even went over everything when I was told I was approved .. they move in who they want to

It's no place for a family to live. The property manager Ms.Brown she's fake and a compulsive liar. She has her family staying out there causing trouble and nothing is being done about it. Me and my child was a victim of her and her family members. I was forced to be released from my lease because I didn't trust or feel safe out there anymore. And about a month later as I'm looking for something else my car was hit by a bullet. Smh it's not safe out there and the property manager only helps her people's. So my advice is don't go it's not worth it you'll hate u moved out there.

Gable oaks apts. Are no better than the colony apts. are the bishop they are all one in thr same they repair nothing their property managers appear to have selective memory when things needs to get repaired they sit on their A's that $10.00 an he.

New management company has been making improvements and making repairs daily. Really nice manager and team. Will make living at Gable Oaks a better place to live.
