Lived in a rental for about 1.5 years. We’ve had trouble with about every request to get things fixed which was no biggie. When we moved in, there was multiple multiple things in the house that needed fixing. Nothing that was significant and the person who walked us through said they would note. We just moved out. I spent 5+ hours cleaning the house. Left cleaning supplies and Febreze as a favor. Not only did we get our deposit taken. We now owe them 800$. I haven never gotten charged from a rental company in 6 years. If you’re gonna rent. Don’t do it though then. Path light was significantly better.

Extremely rude accuse me of lying on an application when the app itself was faulty stay away from this company you real regret it. When I got on the phone to try to explain what may have happened the person over talked me and basically spoke to me like I had three heads. Did they very passive-aggressive text message and then blocked it where I wasn't able to reply back. And they refuse to give me back my application fee. I live under a bridge before I ever try this company again

The Owner is a stand up guy, takes great care of his tenants. With all rental properties, take care of the place and they will take care of you! A+ Service.
