I’ve lived in one of their properties for about a year now and absolutely love renting from G&J! Not only were they awesome with getting our lease sorted out, but they’ve always been prompt with any maintenance calls we’ve had. 10/10 recommend renting from them!!

Terrible experience. I am very glad I did not move forward with them, as the way the situation was handled felt predatory. I guess they prefer to make pennies and ruin a relationship. If this is how they treat clients at the start, I can only imagine how they are afterward. I have multiple businesses and would never treated a customer this way. I can understand why a quarter of their reviews are one star. STAY AWAY from this company.

Hands down the single worst rental experience of my life. G & J Properties Management and Drury Property Management are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, greedy, lazy, incompetent, and negligent. If you’re unfortunate enough to be trapped into renting from these people, be sure to keep records of everything and record your phone calls. If you have issues, be prepared to use that evidence to file a complaint with Springfield Tenants Unite, the BBB, and a lawyer.

This property management company is so awesome to work with. Angela went above and beyond for me to get my final approval during a hectic time in my life. Dana met with me and responded quickly and the whole process was so smooth. I cannot thank you all enough for allowing me to start over and have a beautiful new rental property to call home !! I highly recommend!

My wife and rented a home from G&J for a little over a year and after experiencing many other property management companies in the area, we highly recommend G&J!! Dana was great with our application and communication. The website is easy to use. They communicate well via emails, and took care of the property we stayed in while renting. We also appreciated their pre-approval process before viewing homes. Great company, good people!
