I originally intended to leave a positive review prior to moving in because Will was very thorough and helpful when answering my questions during the leasing process. However, our experience since moving in has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. My family and I just moved into what appears to be a beautiful home in a newer community, and we were excited to finally have a comfortable and safe space for our children. Unfortunately, within the first five days, we have encountered numerous issues that should not be happening in a newer property. When we arrived on move-in day, our garage was left wide open. If you don’t like moving fast and getting what needs done… Jackie and team isn’t for you. Jackie and team is awesome!! She is very responsive and provides a great deal of next steps. Administratively…. She’s on top of it. But the staging… game changer!! I never thought my house could look the way it did. She transformed it and went above and beyond!! With her expertise we sold our house within 4 hrs of it being on the market, 20k over asking, and my realtor joked that he had to call and cancel over 12 showings, cancel open house that never happened, sign post that never made it to the front yard and all the marketing package that he couldn’t use. Fuze is an absolutely amazing real estate company. My son referred them to me for property management. I called and had a great conversation with Adam and we signed a management contract immediately. He then drove to my property and took pictures and also made a marketing video that day. My unit was featured on their website shortly thereafter and they began holding rental open houses. They quickly found interested applicants until we discovered the perfect fit. I'm very satisfied with their services thus far and if everything keeps going smoothly, I'll absolutely give them more units to manage.
