Len was absolutely amazing. His experience and knowledge gave us complete piece of mind when purchasing our first home. He is professional, competent and willing to go the extra mile. Our inspection report was extremely thorough and informative and provided 360 photos of each room in our home. Len also provided tips and tricks on how to maintain our home and we received email reminders in the spring about typical issues to watch for with thawing etc. FPPI also has a recall system which automatically cross references the appliances in our home with recalls and notifies us if there’s a match. We had questions after moving in and Len was happy to provide us with information and advice and he even came out to our home when we had a small leak and offered suggestions on how to repair it on our
