Fusion at Neon

I recently moved into Fusion at Neon, and I can confidently say it's been an absolutely fantastic decision. From the moment I started the application process to settling into my new home, everything has been seamless and incredibly pleasant. First and foremost, the staff here is exceptional. Every single person I've interacted with has been genuinely helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond. Moving can be stressful, but their support and willingness to answer all my questions made the entire transition so much smoother. They truly made me feel welcome and valued from day one. And the apartment itself? Beautiful is an understatement. Just look at the attached photo with the stunning views! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Fusion at Neon is honestly next-level I just gotta say, Fusion at Neon has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The amenities alone make it feel like a resort — everything is modern, super clean, and honestly way nicer than anything I expected when I first moved in. The gym is legit, the pool area is beautiful, and the common spaces look like something straight off a luxury apartment ad. But what really makes this place stand out is the community vibe. They do so many cool events for residents — everything from food trucks to social mixers to holiday stuff that actually makes you want to show up. It’s the first place I’ve lived where people actually know each other and hang out. And I gotta shout out the staff because they’re the real MVPs. Shay, Kevin, and Kaya

Update - After a promising first few months in the building, I unfortunately experienced two incidents of missing packages — six in total. I’m confident they were delivered, as I received delivery photos from the merchant, but the packages were no longer there when I went downstairs to pick them up. Even though this happened in the official mail room, which has several security cameras, the management team never got back to me or provided any assistance. if you’re considering moving here: the facilities are new and beautiful, but the complex doesn’t feel fully secure. Personally, I no longer have my packages sent here.

I like my apartment. I have not many complaints nothing worth writing honestly. I like Kevin + Tony + Shay. when I need maintenance Tony shows up the next day. The apartment has no bugs, and my side of the building is quiet. I am waiting on a 2 bdrm and plan to stay many years. I recommend this complex.

One of the things that drew me to lease here was the amenities! The gym, the rooftop lounge, the pool oasis. & While I find this place great, I’ve been told every month for the past five months that the gym equipment would be fixed “soon,” yet here we are, same broken machines, same empty promises. It’s disappointing to sign a lease at a place that advertises a fitness center, but clearly doesn’t prioritize maintaining it. Now on top of my high ass rent, I am forced to go buy a gym membership... in this economy!? I'm just tired & extremely frustrated. As a paying resident, I expect honesty and action. It’s time for management to follow through instead of offering the same excuse on repeat. Let’s get it done! Please :) Will update this review once it's fixed!
