Furlow Apartments

The vibe at Furlow is a unique blend of historic and modern. I love this historic building, there are so many unique features. The apartments themselves are updated with all of the things you would expect in a modern unit. Location, a historic feel, and spaciousness make this a super fun place to live. Management is attentive and personable; I know they are just a phone call away. Thanks for all of the thoughtful update, the hardwood floors, new kitchens, and a great experience.

make sure you ask the new owners if they repaired the pipes from the initial entry into the building up through the leadlines into the apartments. The previous owner was taken to court over lead in the drinking water. It was in many units within the pipes that the owner is responsible for. If you live there get your water tested. dont fool around.

Mike is very kind worker who was helpful, available, and knowledgable for the signing process. I would recommend going through him! super easy.

It is a wonderful place to live! Living in a such historical place and perfect access to all the downtown is a pleasure!
