Management at Fulton Place really doesn’t seem to care about resident safety. The gate has been broken since move-in, and because of that, multiple cars have been broken into. When this was brought up, management basically just told everyone to keep their cars and apartments locked and said they were “waiting on vendors,” even though the gate has never worked in the first place. There are no security cameras and no 24-hour security like a lot of other apartment complexes have. On top of that, my friend got locked out of her apartment because of a faulty doorknob over the weekend. She called the lockout number and was told no one could help her until Monday since the leasing office was closed. If I hadn’t let her stay with me, she literally wouldn’t have had anywhere to go. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it! Joelle and Trent from the office are always welcoming and helpful. If any issues occur, they always go above and beyond to resolve them. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Living at Fulton Place has truly been one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The front gate which is supposed to provide safety and security has been broken for nearly my entire lease. It only worked for about a month, leaving the property completely exposed and defeating the purpose of gated access. The guest parking lot was also completely inaccessible for almost the entire lease term. It was just reopened, which is unacceptable considering how much residents pay and the constant inconvenience it caused for anyone trying to visit. On top of that, the leasing office has been unhelpful, disorganized, and in my honest opinion, greedy. There seems to be a greater interest in charging fees than actually addressing

I’m not even a week into my lease and already considering terminating it. I was initially offered that option after raising health and safety concerns based on past reviews, but I stayed because I didn’t want to leave my friend behind. I’ll admit, I rushed into signing without reading enough reviews. I needed housing fast and this place looked decent due to what they were advertising. But that was a huge mistake and I honestly regret it. When I asked to tour before signing, I was told it wasn’t possible due to it being full and being an “invasion to others privacy,” which should’ve been my first red flag. The apartment was disgusting when we moved in, one wipe with a Clorox pad turned black. The fridge was so dirty we needed a replacement, and the dishwasher was worse. They said we’d get

In the past I did rate this student apartment complex a 5-star when the previous staff and management had their stuff in order. Unfortunately, with the new staff and management, my stay at Fulton was not pleasant. I requested a consult between management and my roommate due to his cleanliness of the common area being dirty, but that never happened. They could not help me resolve the issue. When it came time for me to move out, I requested information to prevent outrageous charges from being added to my bill, but they could not elaborate in detail. For example, I asked, "What is considered major vs minor damage? What is considered normal wear and tear?" and the email response was "We do not charge for normal wear and tear." I later moved out, and they charged me approximately $300 for charg
