Disappointed. During our walk through we pointed out several areas that needed to be fixed. Several things were missing; mirrors, medicine cabinets, shower doors, non broken windows, appliances, landscaping, towel bars, window screens, etc. There were also several damages. There is a 2 foot hole in my upstairs floor where we can’t even walk. We were assured by Steve that these items would be fixed prior to receiving our keys the following week. They were not. Two weeks since our walk through and I look at the dream home that I spent 21 months waiting for it to be built and all I see are holes and dents and poor quality. I just bought a house in Ashley Park 1997 Chandler Arizona this house is junk the floors cracked everywhere I have termite problems because of the cracked floors framing is bad nasty work man I like the area but the houses are junk poor craftsmanship it's a Fulton home

Mold in my brand-new Fulton home!!! Mold was found in the HVAC, attic framing, and walls — confirmed by inspectors and labs. The house took 16 months to build and sat exposed during heavy rain. I’ve been severely sick and am now living in an Airbnb while paying a mortgage on a toxic home and Fulton is barely even communicating with us. Absolutely devastating.

Very good job this year with the toy drive just saw it on the news that is a lot of happy children and that is what is important to most of us parents that are not able to give the extra or be able to provide very good job.

Beware of the customer service for this company. Being dealing with Donna and she is extremely rude, zero customer service skills. She says that her “honesty” is an excuse to be as rude as she can be.
