Fulcrum Development

Good luck getting anyone here to give you the time of day if you’re a female small business owner. I’ve been interested in an available space for over 6 months and they haven’t bothered to save my phone number. The agent I had been in contact with was incredibly rude and dishonest when I reached out to someone else in his office after little to no communication from him. I honestly don’t think he would have raised his voice to a man or a larger business the way he did to me. I refused to deal with him again so the manager agreed to finally show me the space himself. I showed up at the time he said and he stood me up. If I knew who the owner was I’d let them know Fulcrum isn’t trying to lease this property.

My family and I have worked with Fulcrum Development for over 15 years. In our opinion, they are extremely professional and their attention to detail is second to none. You will see this reflected in all of their properties around town. Top notch company, would highly recommend.

Witnessed the Fulcrum staff act offensive and racist toward an exercise group today while I was walking by at the Alon today. The man seemed to be eager to get into a confrontation with the instructor. Referenced the exercise group as "you people" What is that suppose to mean!!! Would think twice about eating or visiting any store there again because I maybe considered "you people"
