I used this company and I will be honest, they are legit, organized, follow through with maintenance requests and are polite and informative whenever I called. I literally have no complaints from easy tour, move in, to my end of lease. I plan to use them again in the future. Wonderful company.

The response to my maintenance request was prompt and the issue was resolved quickly. I was very happy with how fast and efficient the process was and the attention the staff paid to the work he did!

Been a great experience with this property management company. Love the online portal for rent payment, and even better the online maintenance request system. Managers are prompt and responsive. Now 3 years in, just signed on for another 2. Had central air AC unit fail, and it was ready for replacement sooner than I could ask off work for!

I have nothing but great things to say about FS Houses. I have rented with them since 2023 and plan to continue my lease for a few more years. Any time I have had a maintenance request, it is fixed the same day or next. They do a great job at keep my apartment landscaping nice and cut. I see the changes they are making in my complex on County Line Rd. and I am happy to call this place home. Thank you for all you do!

Just closed today on a great little house for our kids! Thank you FS Houses and our amazing realtor David Skidmore who worked really hard for us! Was a very seamless, fast and fun experience!
