Admirals Way Apartments ...Roach infestation one of thee worst place I ever lived. Maintenance was the best though and that's why I'm giving them 2 stars. I lived out there 2 years too long I moved out on November 30th 2025 it's now January 28th 2026 and I still haven't recieved my deposit back that says alot about the office staff & realtor company. I'll Never rent from them again

I live in Mariners Watch and I have not had any heat for three months. I have called, and walked to the main office on multiple occasions. Maintenance has been to my unit, ONCE, to "fix" the issue and I am still barely surviving on space heaters. The front office only directs me to call corporate instead of actually fixing the problem. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered and cannot believe I am being treated like this in such frigid weather with more snow to come in the area and temps dropping daily. My next step will be non payment of rent as well as contacting Wavy 10. -Terance Boothe

I recently moved into my 3 bedroom Apt at mariners watch in Norfolk , the apartment is very clean an spacious with 2 bathrooms . The staff at mariners watch are very professional & friendly and gave numerous updates before the initial move date , Mrs Monica Jackson was very hands on and helpful she's really amazing what she does down there an I really appreciate her professional friendly demeanor. I'm enjoying my Apt here at mariners watch, an they also have a swimming pool!!

After dealing with the condescending assistance property manager and getting no where, I contacted frye properties directly. Of course no response from them. Angela at Jamestown commons needs to go. No one hear likes they way she talks to them. Even outside people have problems with her attitude. One said, "she has no business working in the public sector".

I owe a lot to the maintenance crew for Ocean Pebbles solely because Mike is a different standard of work ethic. One of only 2 guys covering multiple areas, Mike has been the most reliable and consistent representative of Frye Properties. I may be a little bias, but I have never heard or seen anyone from an apartment complex show up late at night on their day off to take care of multiple water leaks as well as other issues. Even on the busiest days, Mike has taken the time to show typical procedures for repairs - whether your dryer isn't drying or your AC unit is frozen and won't put out any air. I don't think Mike is quite as valued as he should be because time and time again he has shown to be more then just the guy who fixes your place up for you, but is an even better down-to-earth per
